Dovetail’s Formula for Success Drives Plans for 320-Unit Student Housing in LSU Territory.
ATHENS, Georgia—June 14, 2010— The Dovetail Companies today announced future plans to develop its 11th Woodlands student housing project called the Woodlands of Baton Rouge. This new development will serve the Louisiana State University student market and other nearby undergraduate institutions. Like the company’s other Woodlands properties, this community will offer luxury residences full of amenities tailored for the college student’s social and academic life. This 320-unit community will be part of a 200-acre Master Planned Development near the intersection of Burbank Drive and Ben Hur Road.
